1. Introduction & Our Ethical Stance

Welcome to Templisy. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data and the data of your students. Our business operates strictly under the principles of Fiqh al-Muamalat (Islamic commercial law). We have absolute zero tolerance for any transactions, shortcuts, or data practices that violate these rules. We believe every contract and interaction must be clear, fair, and completely free of deceit. We do exactly what we say we will do.

2. The Data We Collect & Store

As a provider of custom booking websites and CRM systems for training hubs, we process two types of data:

• Client Data: Information about you (the business owner), such as your name, contact details, and billing information used for your monthly subscription.
• Student Data: Information entered by your students on your custom booking landing page. This data flows directly into your private CRM.

3. Private Servers & Data Ownership

We build and host your CRM using n8n and self-hosted infrastructure on our private VPS via Docker and Coolify. We act as your silent software partner, managing the servers quietly in the background. You own your students' data. We only process it to ensure your booking system functions flawlessly. We do not sell, rent, or secretly analyze your data.

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Because your system is isolated on our private infrastructure, your data is kept secure and separate.
